Main Features
1.Adopt imported electromagnetic valve, which can ensure machine running stable and reduce the failure rate to minimum.
2.Adopt imported gear pump, low noise, small volume, large flow, running stable.
3.Adopt imported motor, good stability, energy save.
4.Adopt Schneider electric (contain: circuit breaker, contactor, thermal overload, small type relay, limit switch, button ), electric line clear, reduce electrical fault.
5.Adopt three layer high-pressure oil tube, and ensure there is no leakage when at high pressure.
6.Oil cylinder adopt 40Cr high strength alloy material whole forging. Inside piston guide bush used nodular cast iron. There is no gap when installing, and it can go through long time high temperature resistance, heat-resistant limit is 700ºC. It can prevent oil cylinder inside bush transformation and oil cylinder leakage at high temperature
