Main Features: - Steel welded body with high rigidity; The main body is welded with high quality control steel plate, then it will be heated and ball blasting treated to release the stress and improve the rigidity, the best boring and milling machine ensures the high precision of the body.
- PLC control; The press adopts Delta PLC with high stability and longer service.
- High torque low noise wet clutch; Huaxia produce the wet clutch, we use the best seals, bearing and friction discs. The wet clutch features lower noise and longer service life.
- Easy and safe control; the control panel includes double hand buttons and emergency stop button, and foot pedal control switch is optional, the touch screen includes the counter, crankshaft angle display, control switches and alarm light, you can set the press with the touch screen and any defaults of press can be checked with it, the press has both electric cam controller and mechanical cam controller. The mechanical cam controller can still work if the electric one stops service, and you can select the cam by the touch screen too.
- Auto lubrication system, the press is equipped with auto lubrication pump and it is easy for maintenance, you can set the lubrication circle time by the touch screen
- Hydraulic overload protection, hydraulic overload protection pump is used to protect the press and the die if the machine is overload, you can reset the overload with the switch on the touch screen easily.
- Motorized die shut height adjustment, the motorized slide adjusting device is adopted with a thin brake motor and operated with push buttons, it provides stable positioning accuracy and quick adjustment, it is standard equipped to the press from 60 ton to 400 ton, you need to adjust the slide of 25 ton and 45 ton press by hand, a digital displayer is also equipped in the slide.
