General DescriptionHydraulic Lift Platform usually adopts scissors structure, and they are mainly used in cargos transporting cargos loading and unloading, motor showing, stereo-garage and various production lines.Stability, heavy-loading, smooth lifting, easy-operating and setting or maintenance are the best equipment for handling materials. 2. Makeup of machineThe lift platform is consisting of main scissor structure, hydraulic system, electricity system and auxiliary trails. 3. Operation - Mobile lift platform has three main control methods: one is ground operation, one is operation box on both ground and the second level, and the third is three control boxes on three levels of platform. All of them have up and down buttons for control.
- The procedure of lifting: pushing up buttons, the pump station drive the hydraulic system to supply hydraulic oil, then the oil cylinder will lift the platform to working height and stop. Pushing the down button, the hydraulic control valve group works and the platform falls down.
- The control box on every level: having the buttons of up, down and stop. And they are all going with working lights, pushing different button to operate. The platform will stop when it reaches the max height or the min height.
4. Notice for operation- Certain special working people after training.
- Examination of hydraulic system and electric system before operation.
- The cargos must be settled in the centre of the platform and keep the platform horizontal hold.
- Overloading forbidden. Person and cargo lifting together forbidden.
- The climbing is forbidden when platform are moving. For safety sake, the lift must be fixed when they are repaired.
- Lubrication must be used frequently to keep the machine agility, and the hydraulic oil must be changed every half year. The oil number is N32 in winter and N46 in summer.
- When the lift is broken down. The electricity supply must be cut off immediately to repair it.
