DF-Y-6A core drill a new product with greater capability. It is mainly applicable for industries of geology,metallurgy, coal, hydrology, engineering and so on; the core drilling machines, predominated by diamond bit and tungsten-carbide bit drilling, are also applicable for engineering geological prospecting, exploitation of superficial-zone petroleum and natural gas, mine workings ventilation and water discharge tunnel drilling as well as foundation pile construction in large diameter.
The machine is fit for engineering works of inclined and vertical hole drilling. It is compact in construction, rational in overall arrangement, moderate in weight, convenient in assembling and wide in range of rotation speed, equipped with water brake, low-position lift brake application and so on.
Characteristic
1. The hydraulic chuck adopts bidirectional oil supply and equipped with hydraulic control one-way valve; the chuck is in larger capacity and stability.
2. Equipped with water brake, the rig is steady and secure in deep drilling.
3. Supplying oil with simplex pump, it is easy for installation and application; lower in consumption of energy and a low temperature of hydraulic system oil; the rig is for sure in steady drilling. The hand oil pump may be used to hoist the drilling tools in hole upon the faulty of power engine.
4. Compact in construction, reasonable in layout, and all exposed, non overlapped components, it is easier for maintenance and repair.
5. Low center of gravity, long moving distance up to 460 mm(18.11 inch), firm in fixation, and better stability of drilling in high speed.

1. What will you do using drilling rig?

2. The depth you need?
---For water well, generally, 30-200m. For core sample, 30-600m, even more.
3. Any requirements to hole diameter?
---Within a certain range, the smaller diameter, the deeper depth. Mathematically, we call it inversely proportional.
4. Working land condition?
A. soil, sand, weathered land, etc. soft stratum.
B. soil, sand, soft and hard rock stratum, mixed one.
