Forged Globe Valve
CHAODA Valves Group is specialized in manufacturing Forged Steel Globe valve with following good characteristics: good sealing performance, reliable safety guarantee, long life span and etc. Normally it's manual operated with handwheel, and the connection ends could be threaded or welded type. Pressure sealing or bolted bonnet is available. Metal sealing construction with carbon steel, stainless steel or other material body is optional for working pressure from PN0.1~1.32 Mpa, Nominal diameter from DN10 To 50mm.
The friction force between the sealing face of disc & seat is very small as they wouldn't touch each other when forged manual globe valve is in opening position. Forged steel Globe valve is very suitable for situation where the valve is welded with pipe because the seat & disc of globe valve are very easy to be repaired and the other sealing components could be replaced or repaired without removing the valve from the pipe. The flowing resistance of forged globe valve is larger than other types of valve as the medium has been changed its flowing direction in this valve.

Forged Steel Globe valves(could be threaded or welded connection) are suitable for use on various kinds of pipeline from Class150 To Class1500, DN15 To DN50 to cut off or connect the following of medium. By using different material, the valves could be suitable for medium such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing substance, carbamide and etc. Manual operation with handwheel is used.

CHAODA established a multi-functional phys-chemical lab to further supervise the quality time to time, and fit out spectrum analyzer, portable spectrograph (PMI), mass spectrometer, induction furnace infrared carbon, sulfur analysis gauge, material tester, impact tester, spring tester, hardness meter, thickness meter, magnetic particle tester and NDE testing equipment, and also other testing facilities for valve torque, service life, flowing capability, low temperature application, low leakage and pressure test.

Upon the continues increase on customers demand, CHAODA invested a more effective control line with Germany HECKERT machining center, CNC lathe, CNC miller, CNC driller, plasma spray welder, auto painting & drying machine and ultrasonic cleaner, and the max. Machining ability reached 4000mm. The connectable solid warehouse system from parts to finished good ensures the production flow can be alternative by vary demand.
