Bridge saw functions: 1) Blade: The blade goes left and right, up and down, the bridge beam moves forward and backward. It moves flexible movements in X, Y, Z axis by screw. Blade tilt 45 degree for mitered cut is avaliable for model HQ700. 2) Table tilting and rotation: The bridge saw main structures are made with very strong cast iron. Table is able to tilt up to 85 degree to load the big slabs easily and it also rotates 0-90 degree or 0-360 degree to change the cutting position. 3) PLC system and color touch screen: Our bridge saw is made with PLC standard, the electric system is simple and easy to operate. Color touch screen provides live datas and all functions are operated on the control panel, making its users very friendly. 4) Laser guid and four pistion head: Laser guide shows the cutting position that makes the cutting easier and make precise cut+/-0.2 mm. Besides, four pistions head is optional.
