The profiling diamond cable saw is essentially composed of three main components: 1) Steel cable with different diameter depending on the application. Top quality steel cable from Germany. 2) Sintered diamond beads. KEENTOOL studies the granite to be cut to design the best bond and number of beads per meter. 3) Assembly with plastic KEENTOOL use the Bayer or BASF plastic grains from Germany, and the most advanced plastic injection equipment and system to make sure our diamond wire can work with stable performance till the end. High quality plastic will protects the steel cable from the abrasive action of the stone and also absorbs the energy of the cutting friction of the beads against the stone.
