Performance characteristics
The valve is used in excessive wear pipeline for open-close purpose. The valve is compact in design, easy to install. Seal seat of the valve adopts (ZTA) ceramic composite sealing form and its hardness (HRC ≥ 90 ) has good toughness , solving the problem of hard and brittle ceramics, effectively ensuring the high wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance. The valve plate is made of high chromium alloy withhigh wear-resistance, impact -resistance, and it can be used for throttling.Besides, the valve is featured with light and easy opening and little friction, ash deposition and ash clogging will not occurred in valve chamber.
The valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, not inversely.
