FAQ Q1. Do you accept OEM project? A: OEM order is warmly welcomed in Firo and we have lots of successful experiences in doing OEM projects. We have designer who can give you the professional suggestions on package, silk printing, etc.
Q2: What is the MOQ and lead time? A: MOQ: 100pcs for stock order; 1000pcs for OEM order. Lead Time: 2-7 days for stock order; 20-30 days for OEM order.
Q3: Can I have a sample order? A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4: What kind of payment methods do you accepted? A: T/T, West Union, Escrow, L/C, Paypal, etc.
