Application range: TPC -1L/2L are suitable for automatic cutting of facial tissue, paper towel, toilet paper roll (roll paper with core or coreless),etc.
TPC -1L/2L High speed log saw cutting machine is one of the important equipment for the automatically continuous production line of toilet rolls,kitchen towels and facial tissue,greatly increasing the production automatically and efficiency. The machine is characteristic of a strong,well built structure and perfect cutting action. Main features include: 1. Automatic blade sharpening unit equipped with lubrication system that regular automatic lubrication of the blade. 2. Rotating circular knife movement and continuous tissue forward movement. 3. The paper head and tail has been cut off optional that can be separated from the finished roll automatically. 4. PLC and man-machine interface system are adopted to flexibly change the knife grinding time,cutting speed,cutting length, to effect the highly efficient cutting. 5. The single channel paper cutting machine especially suitable for tissues height exceeding 120mm.
