Group rubber valve core

Integral copper nut

Self sealing valve cover

Specially sealed
The upper sealing structure between the valve stem and the valve cover is designed by three o seals. Compared with the traditional gate valve packing seal structure, the road seal is tight, and the friction resistance is greatly reduced. The valve is at any opening, pressure and safety locking function of the stem. It ensures that the stem is not released by pressure during operation and maintenance, so as to avoid causing personnel hazards.
Light structure
The compact structure enables the maximum working height to be reduced by more than 60mm-300mm compared with the traditional gate valves, and saves the engineering space. The body adopts ductile iron material, and its weight is reduced by about 20%-30% compared to the traditional gate valves, so the installation and maintenance is convenient.
Hygienic requirements for food grade
The inner part of the valve body is painted with nontoxic epoxy resin, and the inside and outside appearance of the valve core is completely covered by rubber, and no signs of rust or corrosion will appear. It can be directly applied to drinking water system and food and pharmaceutical industry
