The machine adopts numerical control with 2~7 control shafts according to differentrequirement to meet working various machine models. We also can renew softwareand hardware according to user's need. Each type can realize linkage of control shaftsand has functions of cutting different intersecting line, intersecting pore, groove offixed-angle and groove of fixed-point.
The structure of machine is advanced designed. It has interactive function: TheChinese character interface and graph combines with data. It is easy to operate andworks well for ling time. The software designs reasonable cutting inlet and outlet toassure the cutting quality. After cutting, the parameters can be saved as a processingfile to attain data base.
This machine also can have function of axis check to measure the pipe ellipticity orerror and finish the dynamic compensation automatically. It can do oxygen cutting orplasma cutting according to user's demand. We can design and make the pipe (radius, length) according to user's demand and supply related production and processingsoftware.
