The machine has a reduced outline dimensions, it reaches a very high production rate, and it reduces the manpower during the processing phase as well as during the maintenance. Another Important point is the very precise level of finishing of the slabs allowing a remarkable time reduction in the polishing process.

About Multi Wire Machine, the length of the wire is 22mtr. And you will get 100 sq. Mtr production in 8 hr. Cutting life of the wire is 10-30 sq. Mtr. Granite depending on the stone quality in vacuum brazed wire.
So you will be needed about 500mtr-1500meter diamond wire in 8-10 working hrs in six months and you will achieve around 15000sq. Mtr production.
If you use for marble, you will need much less diamond wire.
