V groove track roller bearing RM2ZZ for CNC machine

V guide roller bearings is W type roller orientation system of the main parts in, widely used in industrial robot, cutting equipment, mobile guide rail, production lines, etc.
For the two outer wheel had 90 degrees of V W shaped outside surface. Can be used in the lateral side or with 90 degrees in V type or the V type guide rail, also can use side in fit with cylindrical guide adaptation.

The wheel had double row angular contact ball bearing internal structure design and thickness of the outer lane, make the bearing capacity of the roller has higher.

Feature

The surface of outer ring is the "W" profile formed by the two "V" with an angle of 90 degrees. The internal or external side face can be matched separately with the concave or protrudable track that both have a "V' profile with the angle of 90 degrees, and also the internal side face can be matched well with the cylindrical track.

Application

V groove bearings are the most widely-use and economy product among the linear motion track rollers, and they can suit to the cylindrical track. They are widely used in CNC machine,Plasma machine etc.
