3.How to get a sample?

Sample is available.but sample charge is prepaid ,which is refundable up on order confirm                  

4.Do u accept OEM service ?

6.What is the payment terms?
 
30% by TT as deposit, the balance 70% upon the copy of BL
 

7.What about the leading time?

Trial order :7-15days

For the faucets,we have 3 -5years warranty.If any quality problems on our side were found in this period,we will send you the replacement in your next new order .
