Hammer
1. Structure: A hammer throw contains three parts: Metal hammer body, a steel wire chain and a metal handle.
2. Chain: It is made of a single straight and flexible steel wire of Φ 3.2mm with broken resistance. The chain will not lengthen when throwing. Two ends of the steel wire shall be bent into a loop to connect handle and hammer body respectively.
3. Handle: Hammer handle is an integral structure made of hard steel wire and aluminum alloy material. No hinge shall be used. No deformation shall occur when throwing.
4. Hammer body: With smooth surface, Hammer body is made of steel. Ball bearings are equipped inside the connecting pieces. The distance between center of the hammer body and centre of gravity shall not exceed 6mm. It shall keep balanced when laid on horizontal round edge with diameter of 12mm
