As a part of the diamond circular saw blade and the bearing part of the diamond segments, the circular saw blank, 30CrMo is very important for the cutting quality and life of the saw blade. The diamond segment is welded on the top of the saw tooth. The welding-mode mainly includes the brazing and laser-welding. And also steel cores have some types, such as standard one, sandwich silent, horizontal, laser cutting semi-silent one(DETENSO), Multi blades, etc...
Our laser welding steel core between 105mm and φ 1584mm have good performance and high safety for laser welding. The key technical indexes of such cores have been up to scratch of Europe and America.

Steel cores for Multi-blades work in the same set share the same parameter in diameter, bore hole, thickness, hardness, flatness, axial run out, and tension, for we adopt a special craft. Cutting synchronously with multi blades, the product's cutting efficiency is enhanced, yielding a higher yield rate of blocks.
