JS Series Reduction Gears is the main product of our company.It gathered the driving
technologies,especially the rich designing and manufacturing experiences of Large-scale,
high precision,hardened surface and heavy-duty gear driving equipments made by our
company.At the same time,it also adopted the technological advantages of the reduction Gears for miu manufactured by foreign countries,thus a new type of large powered central
driven product is developed.
In 2001,JS Series Reduction Gears was evaluated by National Construction Material Industry Standardization Technology Commission as the industrial standard with Standard
No.JC/T878.1-2001.
Our JS series centre drive mill gearbox is developed from a large powered centre drive mill gearbox. It mainly consisits of reduction gears, low speed driven system, diaphragm coupling, lub-oil station, and multi-path temperature periodic indicator.
The centre drive mill gearbox adopts power shunting and synchronous transmission gear system to adjust the load of each gear. It has properties of compact structure, small size and light weight.
The gear is a parallel shaft-type involute gear. It is made of high-grade alloy case-hardened steel, and their surface are cemented, hardened and groud. So it has high accuracy and large loading capacity.

In 1985,through technology transfer,digestion,absorption and reinvention,the company
developed its own JS1100 central-driving mill reducer in the country.By 2007,JS series
reduction gearbox has been available with eight models from JS90 to JS160,with transmission power ranging from 800KW to 4,500KW and gear ratio from 35:1 to 50:1.
To better adapt to the use of high speed electric motors in large central-driving mills,
three-stage coaxial dual-output central-driving mill reducer JST series was developed
independently,which now features five models from JST130 and JST170 with transmission
power between 3,000 and 8,300KW and gear ratio between 50:1 and 70:1.
The JS160 reducer has been successfully exported to Portugal,Turkey and Brazil,while the
newly-developed JST150 and JST160 been delivered to countries like Jordan and Yemen.
The JST160B(5,000KW) reduction gearbox is China's largest central-driving cement mill
reducer recently.
