Bridge saw XZQQ625A is monoblock including very strong steel frame, it comes with full options, such as pendant control panel, touch screen, wireless remote, table rotation and tilting, blade miter cut, hydraulic pump, etc. It is made with USA standard, with motor power 20HP for cutting grantie, marble, quartz and engineered stones. Blade travels on the bridge and it also provides automatic power tilting 0 - 45 degree for Miter cuts.
Motorized table can be locked in any position 0 - 360 degree automatically and it also tilts 0 - 85 degree Hydraulic for easy load of material.
It is made with PLC control, electric system is simple and easy to operate. All functions are operated on the color control panel. Wireless remote provides easy control of the saw, making its users very friendly.
The bridge saw is a laser cutting machine with a laser guide and sensors, which gives precision cuts every time and makes precise cut in +/-0.2mm. Automatic water control saving every drop.
Movements of bridge rails are in covered oil bath ensuring smooth movements and reduced wear.
Full machine can be loaded 20 GP container. Easy to load, transport and install thanks to its monoblcok structural frame.FAQs:
