Usage:
Plate Cleaning Brush can clean the ceramic anilox roll and metal roller, gravure roller, embossing roll and other mechanical parts. Among them,the steel wire brush is dedicated to clean ceramic anilox roll.The brass wire brush is dedicated to clean the metal anilox roll and gravure roller, embossing roll and other mechanical parts.

Due to the softer hardness of brass wire brush, if it were used for washing great ceramic surface hardness, it is easy to broken wires and plug mesh. Therefore the brass wire brush can only be used for cleaning relatively soft metal chrome plated anilox roll hardness, gravure roller, embossing roll and other mechanical parts. As to the higher hardness of steel wire brush , if it were used for cleaning anilox roll, gravure roller and embossing roll,it is easy to wear or tear on the surface or scratches, therefore steel wire brush can only be used for cleaning ceramic anilox roller which hardness is relatively large. Nylon brush and horse hair brush can be used for cleaning the rubber or other soft plate.
Method:
Pour a suitable amount of roller cleaner or gravure roller cleaner on the roller body surface. Use the steel wire brush or brass wire brush to clean the whole surface with the act of drawing a circle , and then rinse off with clear water. Use compressed air to blow dry surface. The use of nylon brush and horse hair brush can be used according to the customer.
