Usage
Mainly apply to surface treatment before dry filmsand paints, deburring after drilling, pressplate cleaning.

Diamond dressing board
Jiejun diamond dressing board is manufactured by plating diamond on stainless steel directly. It is designed for dressing any kind of brush to get a more even brush surface within short time. It is with the highly abrasive ability and longer life than other competition product.
When is the brush necessary to be dressed?
1. Brush becomes bigger at both end of the brush than the center part
2. Brush damaged by the edge of plate
3. The shape of brush become elliptic
4. The surface of brush becomes dirty.

Spiral nylon brush
The spiral nylon roll can be made in two ways:
1.free spiral
2.sprial mounted around a aluminium core.
The material used is non abrasive nylon of white, normally with filament of thickness 0.2 and 0.3mm.

Mainly apply to remove the plugging resin, deburring and polish the surface of SUS press plate.
Features:
1.Long life and high efficiency
2.very uniform"finishing quality of treated surface
3.Avoid projections that create problems in next process phases
4. Keep the flatness of the circuit in the presence holes
5. Keep as much as possible uniform the collar of the hole(avoiding any ovality)
6.It can be used togther with ceramic brush or sanding belt, which makes more efficency on cutting and suface finishing.
