Function
The high-speed impact torque meter is an intelligent multi-functional measuring instrument which is
designed for testing various kinds of torque. It main used in testing and calibration various kinds of
electric pneumatic screwdriver set, the torque of torque wrench, all kinds of products refer to testing of
screw down force, parts torsion destructive testing etc.
With features of simple operation, high precision, easy to carry, complete functions etc. It's widely used
in various kinds of electric, light industry, machinery manufacturing, research institutions, etc.

1:High precision, high resolution, quick sampling speed, full-screen display.
2: Adopting high precision torque sensor, with torque direction display
3:Upper and lower limit value setting, red and green indicating lights and buzzer audible and visual alarm.
4:Three units can be switched each other (N·m, kgf·cm, Lb·in).
5: Real-time, peak, automatic peak three models of optional switch.
6:Use USB interface and PC communications, synchronous test function can connect to the computer,

ADN Dynamic Torque Tester
1, Measuring the height of sensor's diameter of axle and center, waiting.
2, Using two groups of coupling, installed the sensor between the power equipment and
load.
3,Adjusted the center height and coaxiality of load, power equipment and sensors
respectively, and then fixed it,and reliable fastening, are not allowed to have loosening.
4, You can choose the rigid or flexibility coupling. In the circumstances of great vibration or
the coaxiality is larger than 0.05 mm, it's better to choose flexible couplings.
5, The installed mesa should have certain strength.
6, The coupling should rely on the shoulder in both ends of the sensor.
