1.Detailed of Machine
Tools Clamping---Simplified top blades clamping with micro-adjustment wedges,for easy operation and high precision.
Back guage---Extrusion beam and other ductile cast iron part ensure accurate opsitioning and durability.
2. Characterasitics
The position, speed and pressing force of the Ram are controlled in a closed circuit at every point in the work cycle. The position of the Ram is controlled by two digital high precision linear scales. These linear scales are mounted on a independent C-frame on both side of the machine to prevent deformation of the Press Frame for accurate bending depth or bending angle.

4. The S530 controller system
· Programming of the axes positions in tabular mode with automatic syntactical checks, automatic calculation of the bending and bending tonnage.
· All programs, tools description, parameters can be stored on the internal memory or on USB memory stick. These files can be exchanged with other CNC and PC troughUSB memory stick.
· Complete graphic off-line programming on a standard PC, trough a simulation program.
· Customizable alarm messages.
