The foot drive hose cutting machine is developed according to the practical cutting characteristics. The imported special-purpose cutting blade is used as the core cutting blade of this product. When cutting the hose, the cutting blade has the following characteristics: Its rigidity is higher, the thermal deformation is smaller, the hose cutting is fast and convenient, there is lower wear rate and there are not oddments during the cutting. The machine adopts the balance feeding system, which makes the cutting stress more uniform. The unique cushioning mechanism of machine makes the cutting process more smooth, steady and safer. The machine is suitable for cutting all kinds of steel wire knitted rubber hoses, spiral wire reinforced hoses, textile insertion hoses and cotton thread hoses, whose external diameter is less than 70 mm.
