The bridge saw is designed to process countertops and tiles automatically and precisely under direction of set program. All the functions are operated on the user friendly control panel. It is suitable for cutting granite, marble, quartz and all kinds of natural stone.
HQ400600700 are three kinds of bridge saws, like triplet. HQ700 is the most integrated one. It is driven by 25HP motor which provides and ensures sufficient and powerful strength for every precise single cut on the hard stone. It is powered bridge miter capacities. The blade, together with vertical beam, are able to tilt 45 degree for angle cutting. The bridge saw (HQ700) can cut the stone as thick as 230mm. The table of the machine turns 0 - 360° horizontally and tilts 0 - 85° vertically for easy loading and unloading. Dimension of the machine (LxWxH) is 6000x5700x3500mm. Its frame is made of cast iron. Total weight of the saw is 7500kg which is heavy enough for keeping the stability of the saw while it is working.
HQ400 and HQ600 are smaller models than HQ700 with much favorable price. The main difference between HQ400 and HQ600 is their max. cutting depth. The max. cutting depth for HQ400 is 110mm, while it is 180mm for HQ600.
