For the Bi-metal bandsaw blades, the teeth are welded using cobalt-alloy with hardness reaching HRC69-70. M51 Tooth and Substrate jointing by laser after separately special spring steel heat treatment. Tooth's rigidity and Substrate's intension exert their use to the extreme.
