Working principle:
The working principle that diamond wire saws are adopted to cut granite is to use the cycle turning of wire saw driven by motor to cut the granite (physical method). During cutting, we can infuse the water into the cutting width in order to cold the beads and get rid of granite powder.
The cutting speed is 2-4 m2/h. Cutting depth is 10-20m or more, and the cutting area can be 90 degrees (vertical angle).
Cutting method: Vertical, horizontal direction, and turn 90 degrees to "cut blindly", which can reduce the waste of resources with only 1.1cm width.
It is low-noisy, no-dust and safely operation, high output. Regular quarry without internal injury, better price, etc. It is suitable for all granite and marble quarries.
