FRP Tube Features and advantages:
1. High strength and light weight

5. Cost Effectiveness
Pultrusion is a low cost manufacturing process compared to other process used to create FRP materials. The process of pultrusion is so highly automated that it requires very little manpower, even to run the necessary machinery. According to Pultrusions, 80 to 90 percent of the cost of pultrusion-manufactured material is typically from raw materials.
6. Corrosion Resistance
FRP products have been widely used to manufacture components for structures in corrosion-sensitive processing plants. It is one of the most cost-effective and efficient methods for processing corrosion-resistant products, including such components as I-beams, handrails and walkways. FRP materials offer the corrosion resistance not afforded by the metal construction previously used for these purposes.

Pultrusion Process
During the pultrusion process, the raw materials are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device. When the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil. The completed package then goes into a performer that roughly forms the package into the appropriate shape to enter the heated die for curing. The die is the exact shape of the final part desired. Upon exiting the die, the part is over 90% cured and solid. The length of the part required is pulled through the cutoff saw and the process is complete.
Pultrusion Profiles
FRP pultruded profiles are widely used as structures in the chemical and corrosion resistance industry, cooling tower, parking lots, sidewalk of bridge, farming shed and so on. Series of our pultrusion profiles include square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, angel, I-beam, channel, rod and other custom profiles. After proper combination and connection, they could be widely used in many fields such as: FRP grating platforms, walkways, ladders, guardrails, supporting structures of cooling tower, sporting profiles, tool handles and other load structures, etc.
