3.Installation of valve must be carried out by professional personnel with relevant qualification. The deviation of the two ends of the pipe shall not be too large, otherwise excessive pipe installation stress will be produced, resulting in valve damage.When installing the screw, it should wrench the hexagon or octagonal parts of the same side of the thread, not the hexagon or octagonal parts on the other end of the valve, avoiding the deformation of the valve.
4.Valve pipe thread accuracy and effective length strictly enforce ISO228 standard, when installing a tightening must choose corresponding torque wrench or pliers, screwing length of screw thread can effectively, do not lead to excessive pressure in the end, cause valve, sealing surface breakage and leakage.
5.To ensure the normal use of the valve, install the filter at the inlet of the line whenever possible.In order to avoid pipeline pressure or temperature fluctuation to reduce the service life of the valve, corresponding preventive measures should be designed.
6.The ball valve handle is designed according to the use of the valve and the corresponding torque. Do not replace the lever arm, so that the operating torque is too large to damage the valve.In the process of use, the closing speed of the valve should not be too large, otherwise the water hammer effect will be doubled
7.Valve stem seal packing is polytetrafluoroethylene, such as the turbine-tightening cap to compensate the filling when the corrosion leak, replace the packing to remove the media pressure.
