Q: How about your sample policy ?
A: Currently there are 20 to 30 new prototypes are developed every month. In order that you can get your prototype earlier, please arrange sample payment once sample order is confirmed. All prototypes are planned according to the time of payment. Sample charge can be refunded once your order amount up to a certain level. Usually sample takes 3 to 12 working days. For more details, please check with our Accout Executive.
Q: What is your usual payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance paid before shipment; or L/C at sight.

• The charged exhibition stand through the 48 hours aging test can be packaged into the box.
• Products are usually designed for disassembly structure, flat packaging, freight is more saving.
• Customers can also request to increase the wooden frame or design packaging by mail order.

• All disassembly products are equipped with installation instructions, non-professionals can easily install the exhibition rack.
• All of our acrylic products, display racks and accessories are entitled to one year warranty that within a year quality problems caused by the manufacturing sector, we promise to refund and change for better one.
