PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION1. Hangers-style structure.
2. The upper and lower lips are flexible, the lower t-die lip thickness adjustable, can satisfy the different thickness of product demand, with blowing device.
3. All sides of the die plated chromium and used high-strength bolts with 12.9 grades.
4.The heater make of nice stainless can be control heating.
5. Steady production, the structure is simple, easy to remove and cleaning.
6. Production thickness 2-10mm, the hollow sheets like rice shaped, square shaped, multilayer board products and so on.
7. Suitable for: PE, PP, ABS, PC materials.
8.T-die width: 400-2000mm.
9.We can produce various kinds of single-layer and multi-layer hollow board,with corresponding extruder, automatic screen changer,melt pump,multi-layer coextrusion feedblock,vacuum calibrator t-die and
other auxiliary equipments.
