This is a brand new YJ-100A 4" octagon knife cloth cutting machine with 8-sided blade. This fabric cutter cuts up to 15 layers of fabric and is suitable for cutting various fabrics such as cotton, wool, knit fabric, silk and sponge.
Before cutting, connect the attachment code to the machine and grind the knife edge sharp by pushing the spring loaded projection grinding switch for several times.
A. Greasing.
1. Every 50 hours: Give small quantity grease thru grease cup and turn the cap in.
2. Every 150 hours: Release cap and fill the grease.
B. Lubrication:
Every 10-20 hours: Give oil to knife oiler until oil comes in contact with the surface of knife edge.
C. Adjustment of Resharperner:
While the grinding wheel wears loos stop nut of resharperner-arm and rectify the resharpner position so as to the grinding wheel keeps proper contact with the knife edge.
D. Replacement of knife
1. Remove the knife guard to upward direction.
2. Pull oiler and adjust the angle to face toward the position.
3. Remove safety plate releasing lock nut.
4. Remove knife lock nut by turning it loft. Use the wrench attached.(If the knife also turns together with lock nut, lock the knife to the standard inseting lock shaft to hole in the knife. The corresponding hole for locking knife is also provided in the standard.)
5. Remove knife.
6. Be sure that the knife with a trademark should be facing outwards when resetting the knife.
7. Adjust the position of resharpener after each replacement of knife.
E. Replacement of Carbon Brush.
1. Tool much weaving of carbon brush will cause motor troubles. Carbon brush must be replaced when it wears to 5-6mm.
2. Carbon brush cap is replaced by turning it left by attached wrench.
3. Always replace right and left carbon brushed simltaneously.

Note
1. Operating voltage must be normal and connect earth wire for safety, do not cut break the power cable.
2. Do not touch the high speed moving blade with fingers or another body organ.
3. When to load and unload parts, the power plug must be pulled down.
4. Forbid to plug the fanlight.
