We are a factory.
2. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu, China. It's about 180km away from Shanghai.
3. Can I visit you?
Yes, Welcome to visit us. It is very convenient to come our factory,
You can fly to Shanghai Hongqiao directly, and then take high-speed rail from Hongqiao to Changzhou North, about one hour. We'll pick you up in Changzhou North Train Station, and it's about 20 minutes to our company. All our clients, from China or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
4. What are your main markets?
Our main markets are Middle East and Europe, but actually we export to more than 30 countries around the world.

. Our main products are rotary shaft seals, reciprocating seals, valve stem seals, bearing seals, modified PTFE seals, shock absorption products, o rings, and bonded seals, hydraulic &pneumatic seals, dust covers, and other molded rubber parts.

1. How is the quality of your products?
Our products are designed and produced completely according to industry standard.
ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 are approved, actually our product meet Taiwan's product quality.
Inspected 100% at all of production process to ensure that we deliver our customers with only the highest quality products
Our company inspection report could be sent together with goods, if customers want.
2. Can I check quality of the products before leaving the factory?
Yes, you can check quality of the products by your QC group or yourself or third part such as SGS or INTERTEK at our factory.
3. What's your after-service?
If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.
4. Can I get free samples?
Free sample but delivery fee charged.
These charges will be refunded to you when your mass production order is confirmed.
5. What's the kind of your goods packing?
Inner by pp bag, box or anti-tarnish paper etc
Outer by carton and film

6. Can you make the products as our requirement?
We have more than 10years' OEM experience and we have professional technique team. No matter you have samples, drawings or only some ideas or designs, we can help you.
About Order
1. Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes, we may grant discount for FCL (Full Container Load) of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discounts would be granted.
2. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, and prices will be higher, though, normally 100pcs
3. How long do you need for production and delivery?
Normally, for ready goods and stock, we will ship within 24 hours after receive your payment.
In case out of stock and products are regular designs and models, we need about 30 working days to produce after receive your payment and all order details are confirmed.
If new types, another 30 days model time need.
Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.
About Payment and Shipment
1. Payment terms:
30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T before the shipment
LC only for contain orders
2. Shipping term:
Small order, below 500kgs by express such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS etc
Big order, above 500kgs by air or sea
3. Which port will you deliver the goods?
As your requirement, any port is OK. Shanghai port is first choice.
Please note that if you want a port far way from us, the transportation expense will increase.
