A: The lock is powered with 4 AA battery, use 4 new brand battery can open more than 10,000 times. last about 12 months.
Q5: What should do when battery is run out?
A: There will be an alarm when the voltage is below 4.8V, after that, the lock can be unlocked for 205 times. Please change batteries in this situation. If the battery is not work, you can use backup key to open the door.
Q6: How to open the lock if the card is not work or there is something wrong with the electronic part?
A: Each lock are equipped with 2 mechanical keys, you can open door with those keys.
