Wire Saw Features:
The machine uses dual-frequency + unique PLC control system design,it can automatical control the Wire Saw feeding speed according to machine load in cutting process,maintain the saw rope tension during the cutting process.to extend the service life and ensure the continuity of the cutting process.
The cutting line speed can be adjusted in the range of 0-39m/s,in order to adapt to different hardness of the stone mines cutting(such as:marble,granite,sandstone,slate,etc.)
The nose section can motor drive 360 degrees,in order to meet the horizontal,vertical,and any other angle of the cutting.It can electric sliding in the range of 0-300mm, in order to the flywheel and rope hole butt joint.
Self-protection function,it can automatical stop running in broken rope,overload,over voltage and other emergency situations,to avoid damage to the operator and the machine.
With automatic control functions,it can realize unmanned stations for a short time in needed.with independent remote control cabinet,so that the operator can control the machine far away,ensure the personnel security.
