Variable speed diamond wire saw for quarry
The electrical control system of our diamond wire saw for quarry are with PLC and two inverters that allow to variable linear speed of wire from 0-40 M/S. The translation and 360 degree rotation of flywheel-holder head of diamond wire saw for quarry are motorized and allow an easy and fast positioning of the machine, as well as the execution of two parallel cuts. All the movement of the diamond wire saw for quarry are motorized and an automatic mechanism keeps always constant and programmed tension of diamond wire in working conditions. 10-Big and strong steel frame with dimension of 2m length, 1.4m width and 1.3meter height which allows more inside space for easier maintenance and repairment.
11-General gross weight: 2500-3400kgs; General volume dimension: 4-7cubic meter (with packing)
