  This kind of diamond router is a kind of aggressive segment profile tool,it's used for grinding the glass,stone and ceramics edges completely flat to a single plane,just run the bottom bearing on them against a straight eddge and it makes grinding straight edges easily.
  The diamond router is metal bond,Mounted on CNC or any tool machinery, It features a clean aggressive cut on natural or engineered stone.
  Suitable for milling cut the stone plate,glass plate or the ceramic plate,the thickness of the ptate from 1.0mm to 30mm can be processed by our diamond router.
  The diamond router have water cooling hole at the center,Enough water cooling can increase the life time.

  The diamond segment which welding on the diamond router are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine,as the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, The high vacuum can protect the diamond grit without injury,the diamond grit will be no oxidation in the hot pressing sintering.
