Material Selection

We use only good quality raw material from our long tern start egic suppliers with good quality control and stable processes. All incoming material will be 100% verified by heat number to ensure the chemical compositions are in according with the relevant specifications/standards. The state of the art Thermo Fisher ARL4460 photoelectric spectrum analyzer, allows and guarantees the accuracy of data analysis.

Heating

Gas heating furnaces are monitored and controlled by computer programs to ensure precise heating within set time and temperature range as required.

Forging Control

A broad range of forging equipment, including a 2500-ton friction press, 5-ton hudraulic hammer, several 450kg, 250kg, 150kg forging hamers. With the aids od intelligent software, proper deformation, forging ratio, ingot size and weight, forging tooling and equipment will be determined to ensure the wrought structure through hout and sound quality.

Machining Tools&CNC Machining Facilities

Complete with turning, milling, boring, drilling, shaving machine tools and machining centers. Our broad machining capabilities allow us to machine the forgings to near net shape before heat treatment and also to provide finish machining after.

Equip with medium and large size NC machine tools, including horizontal NC laths, vertical NC lathes, HMC, VMC, NC HBM and etc., to meet customer turnkey requirements ( Forging, Rough Machining, Finish Machining).

Mechanical Testing&Non-destructive Testing

Our laboratory runs fully equipped with modern machines and equipment for mechanical testing and metallographic examinations, staffed by senior technicians and personnel. We provide accurate data for mechanical properties and microstructure analysis, including non-metallic inclusion, grain size and etc.

Both high resolution and high power digital ultrasonic testing equipment, and experienced inspectors, enable more accurate detection of defects and ensure the efficiency of internal quality control.
