CAPG series aluminum copper bimetallic parallel groove PG clamp Application:
Copper-Aluminium Parallel Groove Clamp(CAPG) is used for the Non-bearing connection and offset of Aluminium stranded wire, copper core aluminium stranded wire, copper branch wire, it is used with insulating cover for the effect of protective and insulation
Features:
(1) The aluminium clamp with a friction welded copper insert clearly marked in blue for making copper conductor connections.
(2)tooth type, small contact resistance, reliable connection
(3)Siamesed parts, will not fall any part during assembly
(4)Hold a large area of arc, the contact surface will be more close which will improve the grip strength between clamps and conductors,to prevent thermal ratcheting under cyclic loads. Interface between aluminium clam body and tap copper shape is protected.
Material:
(1)Body: High strength, corrosion-resistant, aluminum alloy (AL MgSi1) with hot forged bimetallic sheet, for copper tap-off.
(2)Bolts: Steel 8.8, DIN933, Dacromet plating
(3)Nuts: Steel 8, DIN6796 Dacromet plating
(4)Conical washers: Steel, DIN6796 corrosion-protected.
*Pressure pad: Aluminum alloy with spring washers DIN 127 hot-dip galvanize.
The clamps are coated with an oxide inhibitor. And hot-dip galvanized steel bolts and nuts was on requirement, also we can change to stainless bolts and nuts with washers.

A: You can provide us your drawings, and we will produce it as per your drawings. Or we can design it if you do not have a clear plan.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
3. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.Generally, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
4. Package information
A:For inner box and master carton are made as per international standards,and we can make special designed for you if need.And if necessary,will be packed in pallet to avoid any damage.
B:Not more than 35kg per carton box,about 1000kg per pallet
