Founded in 1992, Sichuan Huayu Vehicle Leaf Spring Co., Ltd., a private joint-stock enterprise, is located in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, China, covering an area of about 46, 000 square meters. The registered capital of Huayu reaches 3.6 million dollars, with total assets 18 million dollars. Huayu is a professional vehicle leaf spring manufacturer integrating product research and development, production, sales and services as a whole. Huayu mainly produces and sells leaf springs of light trucks, heavy trucks and other commercial vehicles, the types of which is very complete, including various types of conventional and parabolic leaf springs such as single-leveled rigidity, multi-leveled rigidity and variable rigidity spring and guide arms. The products are mainly adopt materials of 60Si2Mn (SUP7/H92600), 55CrMnA (SUP9/G51550), 50CRV (SUP10/G61500), 60CrMnBA (SUP11A/G41610) and so on. The producible width of leaf springs is 45mm~100mm and the thickness is 6mm~60mm (it can be design and customize). Huayu leaf springs can be used in vehicle of domestic and foreign vehicle brands, such as DONGFENG, Sinotruk, Volvo, Scania, Benz, MAN and so on. The company have built points of sale in 42 cities and directly provide supporting products to some famous truck manufacturers in China, and Huayu leaf spring are also sold to America, Korea, Russia and other countries.
