Female threaded ball valve is a valve with 90°'s rotation to realize opening&closing which is widely used during last few years. Soft sealing electric female threaded ball valve is used in occation needing tight sealing, while metal to metal sealing electirc female threaded ball valve is chosen for high temperature or corrosive serving condition. Trunnion electric female threaded ball valve is suitable for big Nominal size or big pressure difference condition. The flowing characteristic of O type electric female threaded ball valve is linear while equal percentage characteristic for V type electric ball valve and eccentric valve, and these two types of valves could be used as regulating purpose.

Female Threaded Ball Valve product description
Female threaded ball valves are suitable for using on pipelines of medium or low pressure to turn off or swith on pipeline medium. Operation manners are in general of manual, and pneumatic or electric actuators are available.Based on design structures, the valves get divided into three pieces, two pieces, and one piece types.
Female Threaded ball valve & butt welded ball valve could be divided into one piece, two piece and three piece body. Advanced casting technology is used for body with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. Elastic seat material is adopted to ensure reliable sealing together with easy operation.
The stem of female threaded ball valve has the anti blowing out structure which prevents the blowing out of stem under unnormal pressure in valve cavity. BW&SW connection could be chosen for 2&3 piece body and ISO mounting pad or locking device are available if needed.
Female threaded ball valve is a device to cut off or connect the flowing medium with a rotated ball as the closure member. Two or three piece ball valve is a newly widely used valve with generally horizontal installation. Extended bonnet could be designed according to client's need. And the thread of valve's two ends could be manufactured as to both GB and ANSI standard.

Upon the continues increase on customers demand, CHAODA invested a more effective control line with Germany HECKERT machining center, CNC lathe, CNC miller, CNC driller, plasma spray welder, auto painting & drying machine and ultrasonic cleaner, and the max. Machining ability reached 4000mm. The connectable solid warehouse system from parts to finished good ensures the production flow can be alternative by vary demand.
